We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team, supporting a busy public sector recruitment desk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive environment where you will play a key role in sourcing high-quality candidates for local authority and public sector roles.

The Role

  • Sourcing candidates across a range of public sector roles (housing, social care, admin, facilities etc.)
  • Screening CVs and conducting candidate pre-interviews
  • Managing candidate pipelines and availability
  • Advertising roles across job boards and social platforms
  • Supporting consultants with filling live vacancies
  • Ensuring all compliance and vetting checks are completed
  • Building strong relationships with candidates

About You

  • Has previous recruitment resourcing experience (essential)
  • Has worked within public sector recruitment (essential)
  • Is confident sourcing candidates in a fast-paced environment
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills
  • Is proactive, driven and able to work to deadlines
