What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to client delivery and placement management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision makers
- Writing engaging job adverts and attracting top-tier candidates across multiple platforms
- Negotiating offers, managing compliance, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Working closely with our dedicated admin and compliance team to ensure a first-class service
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous recruitment experience (public sector experience preferred but not essential)
- Is confident speaking to clients and candidates alike, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working towards targets
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented and self-motivated
