We are a well-established and growing recruitment agency specialising in public sector recruitment, working closely with local authorities, housing associations and public service organisations across the UK.
We are looking for a highly organised & proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our busy recruitment team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The Role:
As Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting management, consultants and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy and juggling priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting consultants with candidate onboarding and compliance
- Processing right to work checks, DBS applications and document verification
- Uploading and maintaining accurate candidate records on CRM systems
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and starter packs
- Liaising with candidates, clients and payroll teams
- General office and administrative support as required
About You:
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or administration (preferred but not essential)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Strong IT skills (CRM systems, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
