We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi Skilled Tradespeople with a Carpentry bias to join a busy and dynamic Facilities & Environment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established organisation delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance and improvement works across residential and communal properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of carpentry works, including:
- Door hanging and repairs
- Lock replacements and adjustments
- Kitchen fitting and repairs
- Skirting, architraves and general woodwork
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled trade role within housing, facilities or maintenance
- Strong carpentry skillset with ability to carry out additional trades
- Experience working in social housing or similar environments (highly desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
