Hours: Full-time 40 hours | Monday–Friday | 8.30am-5.30pm

We are a well-established and growing recruitment agency specialising in public sector recruitment, working closely with local authorities, housing associations and public service organisations across the UK. We are looking for a highly organised & proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our busy recruitment team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Role:

As Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting management, consultants and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy and juggling priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting consultants with candidate onboarding and compliance
  • Processing right to work checks, DBS applications and document verification
  • Uploading and maintaining accurate candidate records on CRM systems
  • Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters and starter packs
  • Liaising with candidates, clients and payroll teams
  • General office and administrative support as required

About You:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR or administration (preferred but not essential)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with confidential information
  • Strong IT skills (CRM systems, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
