We are actively looking for experienced Caretakers with a full UK Driving Licence for Estate Caretaking within the Camden area.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (36 hours a week)
Rates: £16.93 per hour
Successful candidates will have previous caretaking experience within a Local Authority environment and will be available to start immediately. We are looking for candidates with experience only; please only apply if you have caretaking or estate cleaning experience.
The role will include but will not be limited to the following duties:
- Cleaning of stairwells and communal/public areas
- Cleaning duties will include dusting, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping and cleaning of handrails
- Refuse removal
- Light grounds maintenance duties
- Graffiti removal and cleaning of various types of vandalism
- General maintenance duties, such as changing lightbulbs, painting etc.
Requirements:
- DBS
- Full UK drivers license
- Report writing & basic IT skills
- Previous experience, however training will be provided
