Are you an organised and driven legal support professional looking to make a difference in a fast-paced legal environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Professional Support team member to join our Commercial and Employment Team in Truro.

Role Purpose

To provide comprehensive professional support to the lawyers within our Legal Services team, ensuring the smooth coordination of legal casework and documentation, including managing the case management system, digital typing, and administering the Legal Helpline. You will also contribute to wider Assurance Service support as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile, amend, scan, print, and complete legal contracts and documents
  • Correspond with clients, legal teams, and third parties in a professional manner
  • Provide high-level administrative support to fee earners and legal professionals
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate records within the case management system
  • Arrange and support meetings, telephone conferences, and Court Hearings (including booking Counsel/Barristers)
