We are currently recruiting for 2 Qualified Social Workers to join a Children Looked After / Court Team within a well-established local authority on a strong improvement journey. This is a non-case holding role within an Accelerated Permanence Team, offering a fantastic opportunity to focus on court work, permanence planning and achieving positive outcomes for children in care.
The Role
- Work within a Court / LAC team supporting children in care
- Contribute to court proceedings and permanency planning
- Prepare high-quality reports and assessments
- Work closely with multi-agency partners and legal teams
- Support children, young people and families through the care process
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker
- Registered with Social Work England
- Experience within Children’s Social Care
- Strong report writing and court work experience
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
