We are currently recruiting 10 Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a busy and well-established environmental services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals with grounds maintenance or outdoor labouring experience to secure consistent, full-time work with weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
- Hedge trimming and shrub care
- Litter picking and cleaning of outdoor furniture
- Maintenance of flower beds, planting areas, and ornamental displays
- Preparation and upkeep of sports pitches
- Safe application of weed control treatments
- Carrying out minor tree works
- Supporting landscaping projects
- Playground inspections and basic maintenance
- Ensuring all sites are left secure (locking gates, safeguarding keys etc.)
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening or landscaping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
