We are currently recruiting 10 Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a busy and well-established environmental services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals with grounds maintenance or outdoor labouring experience to secure consistent, full-time work with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
  • Hedge trimming and shrub care
  • Litter picking and cleaning of outdoor furniture
  • Maintenance of flower beds, planting areas, and ornamental displays
  • Preparation and upkeep of sports pitches
  • Safe application of weed control treatments
  • Carrying out minor tree works
  • Supporting landscaping projects
  • Playground inspections and basic maintenance
  • Ensuring all sites are left secure (locking gates, safeguarding keys etc.)

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening or landscaping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices
