We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Business Support Assistant, that can demonstrate strong admin responsibilities. You will be required to have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks whilst working towards deadlines set. This is an office-based role based in Nottinghamshire NG2.

  • Data management
  • Entering payments onto the system and issuing passes
  • Entering a variety of data into a series of spreadsheets and assisting with its analysis
  • Maintaining and updating databases and records accurately
  • Administration
  • Opening and scanning incoming mail
  • Letter typing and printing where necessary
  • Working to varying deadlines
  • Liaising with colleagues to manage customer expectations

This role is 16.00 Hours Per Week. Start Time: 10:00 End Time: 14:00. The ideal candidate would be able to start immediately, from Monday 14th July. This is an office-based role, close to the main transport links. If you feel you have the necessary attributes, we would love to hear from you.
