We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Welsh-speaking Administrator to join our client’s Highways and Environmental Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of vital services that help maintain and improve our local infrastructure and environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support across Highways and Environmental Services.
  • Assist in processing service requests, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports.
  • Act as a first point of contact for Welsh-speaking service users and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service in both Welsh and English.
  • Support meetings by organising agendas, taking minutes, and managing follow-up actions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and external partners.

About You:

  • Fluent in both Welsh and English (spoken and written) – essential.
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a public sector or service environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and relevant digital systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
