The Role
As an Audit Senior, you’ll be responsible for leading and delivering audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with managers, partners, and clients, helping to deliver proactive advice and build long-term relationships.
- Leading audit engagements for a portfolio of clients, from planning to completion
- Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and charities
- Reviewing work prepared by junior colleagues and providing constructive feedback

- Assisting with corporation tax computations and liaising with tax teams
- Ensuring audits comply with professional and regulatory standards

About You
You’re a detail‑oriented and motivated audit professional who enjoys taking responsibility and working as part of a team. You will:
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified (or part‑qualified) with audit experience in a UK practice
- Have a good technical understanding of FRS 102 and current auditing standards
- Be confident managing audits and reviewing the work of junior team members
- Demonstrate excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Be well‑organised and able to meet multiple deadlines
- Have experience with audit software such as CaseWare or CCH Audit Automation
- Be proactive, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
