You’ll provide expert advice to a range of clients and play a key part in expanding the firm’s employment tax services.

The Role

As Employment Tax Manager, you’ll provide expert guidance to a diverse portfolio of clients across all areas of employment tax compliance and advisory. You’ll also play a key role in managing the team, delivering projects efficiently, and developing new opportunities.

  • Delivering advice on PAYE, benefits, IR35, and reward strategies
  • Managing compliance reviews and HMRC enquiries
  • Supporting global mobility and workforce planning projects
  • Training and mentoring junior team members
  • Identifying growth opportunities and supporting client development

About You

You’ll be a technically strong, commercially aware tax professional with a passion for helping clients navigate complex employment tax matters. You will:

  • Be CTA, ATT, ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Have proven experience in employment tax or PAYE advisory
  • Possess excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Be collaborative and commercially minded
