The Role
- Manage your own portfolio and deliver a blend of compliance and advisory work.
- Managing a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients.
- Advising on restructuring, remuneration planning, CGT, IHT, and business transactions.
- Reviewing tax returns and computations for complex clients.
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and supporting senior leaders with proposals.
- Liaising with HMRC and resolving technical queries.
- Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members.
- Supporting departmental projects and internal improvement initiatives.
About You
- CTA qualified (or ACA/ACCA with strong tax experience).
- Experience in UK practice delivering a mix of tax compliance and advisory.
- Confident handling client meetings and presenting tax planning ideas.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, commercial approach and a desire to grow into senior leadership.
