The Role

As Senior Audit Manager, you’ll combine technical excellence with leadership, commercial awareness and strategic input. Key responsibilities include:

About You

You’ll be a confident and experienced audit leader with strong technical and people‑management skills. You will:

  • Be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Have extensive external audit experience within a UK accountancy practice.
  • Be comfortable managing complex audits and senior client relationships.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102 and auditing standards.
  • Have proven experience leading, mentoring and developing audit teams.
  • Be commercially minded with the ability to contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Be motivated to progress toward Director level over time.
