The Role
- Overseeing a wide range of employment tax compliance and advisory projects
- Providing technical advice on IR35, PAYE, benefits-in-kind, and reward strategy
- Managing HMRC relationships and ensuring clients meet all regulatory obligations
- Leading projects on remuneration planning, share incentives, and global mobility
- Developing junior team members and contributing to internal training
- Supporting Partners with new business initiatives and strategic planning
About You
- CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified with extensive employment tax experience
