The Role
- Managing employment tax compliance across large and mid-market clients, including PAYE, benefits, and termination payments
- Leading advisory assignments on IR35, workforce structuring, reward strategy, and global mobility
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing technically accurate and commercially focused guidance
- Handling HMRC enquiries and liaising with tax authorities on behalf of clients
- Developing internal training and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to strategic business development, client proposals, and networking initiatives
- Staying ahead of regulatory changes and helping clients navigate complex employment tax challenges
About You
- CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant employment tax experience
- Strong understanding of UK employment tax legislation, PAYE, and benefits frameworks
- Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage high-value advisory projects
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a genuine desire to add value to clients
