The Role

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing specialist advice on employment taxation and workforce planning. This includes compliance, advisory projects, and training.

  • Delivering advice on PAYE, benefits in kind, IR35, and off-payroll working
  • Managing HMRC enquiries and supporting clients through compliance checks
  • Leading advisory projects related to employee reward, global mobility, and remuneration
  • Reviewing tax computations and providing quality control
  • Mentoring junior staff and contributing to their career development
  • Driving business development initiatives and supporting firmwide tax strategy

About You

You’ll be a technically strong, commercially minded professional who thrives on problem-solving and relationship management. You will:

  • Be CTA, ATT, ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Have strong technical knowledge of employment tax, benefits and payroll processes
  • Be confident managing client relationships and leading projects
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy mentoring, teamwork, and process improvement
  • Be commercially minded and client-focused
