As Client Manager, you’ll manage your own client portfolio, build trusted client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality accounts and tax work. You’ll also support workflow management and help develop junior team members, working closely with Partners and senior colleagues on advisory-led projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of SMEs and owner-managed businesses across Coventry and Warwickshire
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive and commercially focused advice
  • Reviewing and finalising statutory accounts, management accounts and tax returns
  • Overseeing corporation tax compliance and supporting personal tax work for portfolio clients
  • Managing workflow, deadlines, budgets and client expectations
  • Leading, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior and senior team members
  • Supporting advisory projects, client meetings and value-added work
  • Identifying opportunities to add value and expand client services
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients and improving internal processes
  • Working closely with Partners on complex assignments and advisory work

  • Be confident communicating with clients and building long‑term relationships

  • Have a clear desire to progress in a client‑facing management role
