The Role

As Tax Senior, you'll manage your own portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients, delivering accurate and timely compliance services while supporting advisory work as required. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing personal and corporation tax returns
  • Managing client portfolios, ensuring filing deadlines are met
  • Handling HMRC correspondence and resolving client queries
  • Assisting with tax planning, advisory, and consultancy projects
  • Supporting managers and partners on complex tax matters
  • Keeping up to date with changing tax legislation and ensuring compliance
  • Building long‐term relationships with clients and providing excellent service

About You

You're a proactive and detail-oriented tax professional with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. You will:

  • Be ATT or CTA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience
  • Have at least 3 years' experience in a UK accountancy practice
  • Be confident managing a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients
  • Demonstrate sound technical knowledge of UK tax legislation
  • Possess strong organisational and client management skills
  • Be comfortable using tax software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Be a team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative environment
