You’ll manage a varied portfolio of clients, lead compliance and advisory projects, and play an active role in developing the firm’s employment tax offering.
The Role
As Employment Tax Manager, you’ll combine technical expertise with client relationship management, ensuring clients receive practical, commercially sound tax advice. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employment tax compliance, PAYE, and IR35 projects
- Advising on benefits in kind, expatriate issues, and workforce planning
- Providing technical training to colleagues and clients
- Supporting HMRC enquiries and compliance reviews
- Leading advisory projects around reward and remuneration planning
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team growth
- Identifying opportunities to expand client services and improve internal processes
About You
You’ll be a technically strong, commercially minded tax professional who enjoys variety and client interaction. You will:
- Be CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Have experience in employment tax advisory and compliance
