The Role
As Audit Partner, you’ll take overall responsibility for the delivery, quality and development of the audit offering. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger groups
- Acting as a trusted adviser to key clients, providing commercial insight and strategic support
- Overseeing audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Providing leadership and direction to audit teams, including managers and senior staff
- Playing an active role in business development, client retention and winning new work
- Supporting firm-wide strategy, governance and leadership initiatives
- Ensuring high standards of audit quality, risk management and technical excellence
- Mentoring and developing future leaders within the audit team

About You
You will:
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified with significant audit experience in practice
- Currently operate at Partner, Director or Senior Audit Manager level
- Have a strong technical understanding of UK auditing standards and FRS 102
- Be confident managing senior client relationships and complex engagements
- Demonstrate strong leadership, mentoring and people development skills
- Be commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
- Have the credibility and ambition to contribute at partnership level
