The Role

As Audit Partner, you’ll be responsible for leading the firm’s audit and assurance offering, ensuring the highest levels of quality and service delivery. You’ll work closely with the Partner group to deliver the firm’s growth strategy while mentoring and developing future leaders within the team.

About You

You’ll be a credible and commercially minded audit professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering client excellence. You will:

  • Be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Have extensive experience at Director or Partner level within a reputable accountancy firm.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of audit standards and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex audits and high-profile client relationships.
  • Be commercially astute with experience in business development and client acquisition.
  • Have excellent leadership and people management skills, with a passion for mentoring others.
  • Be proactive, strategic, and capable of driving change and innovation.
  • Possess strong communication and influencing skills, both internally and externally.
  • Experience working with owner-managed businesses, corporate groups, and larger regional clients will be highly advantageous.
