The Role
As Tax Senior, you'll manage your own client portfolio, covering both compliance and advisory responsibilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies
- Delivering tax advisory work including CGT, IHT, restructuring, and planning
- Acting as a key contact for clients and managing ongoing relationships
- Reviewing junior staff work and providing guidance
- Identifying tax‐planning opportunities to support client growth
- Ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are met
About You
You will:
- Be ATT or CTA qualified (or working towards qualification)
- Have 2–4 years' experience in practice within a tax role
- Possess a strong technical understanding of UK tax
- Be confident communicating complex information clearly to clients
- Demonstrate organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be proactive, team-oriented, and commercially aware
