Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting the senior management team with audit and accounting service delivery
  • Planning, implementing, and completing audit assignments across a broad client base
  • Visiting client sites to lead audit sections, oversee junior team members, and manage more complex audit areas
  • Preparing statutory financial statements from client data
  • Ensuring proper documentation is maintained to support audit opinions and regulatory compliance
  • Communicating effectively with both junior staff and management, ensuring a smooth flow of relevant audit information
  • Developing and managing client relationships while providing exceptional service
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the audit team
  • Managing your admin duties (e.g., timesheets and fee notes) accurately and promptly

  • Part-qualified or newly qualified ACCA/ICAS (or equivalent)
  • Prior audit experience within a practice environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Experience with CCH, Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks would be a bonus
