Are you a confident and commercially-minded Audit RI looking to step into a newly created Partner role? This is an outstanding opportunity to help shape and lead the audit function within a growing and ambitious top 50 accountancy firm, right in the heart of Glasgow.
As an Audit Partner, you'll join a dynamic senior leadership team, taking ownership of key audit relationships, delivering exceptional quality and insight, and playing a pivotal role in business development and strategic growth. Your ability to lead from the front, mentor others, and foster lasting client relationships will be crucial in this exciting new chapter for the firm.
Role Responsibilities:
- Taking RI responsibility across a diverse portfolio of audit clients
- Playing a strategic leadership role in the Glasgow office and wider audit practice
- Driving quality, compliance, and audit innovation across the firm
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Mentoring and developing future leaders in the audit team
- Working collaboratively with other Partners to shape the long-term vision
