Role Responsibilities
- Leading key client relationships and acting as the main point of contact for your portfolio
- Holding client meetings independently and providing trusted, strategic advice
- Preparing and reviewing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Overseeing tax compliance across personal, corporate, VAT, and capital taxes
- Coaching and managing junior team members, setting objectives and tracking KPIs
- Signing off accounts and key documentation where appropriate
- Supporting the recruitment and development of your team
- Identifying opportunities to cross-refer services internally
- Supporting new business initiatives and expanding your professional network
