Role Responsibilities
- Managing a varied portfolio of SME clients, including year-end accounts, tax, and general business advisory
- Reviewing work prepared by the team and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries and offering proactive advice
- Supporting and developing junior members of staff through coaching, feedback, and reviews
- Working closely with partners to identify new business opportunities and grow client relationships
- Playing a key role in improving internal systems, processes, and service delivery
