We’re seeking a Senior Client Manager to join a well-established and dynamic Business Services team in Peterborough. If you’re an ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant with a strong track record of managing client portfolios and mentoring teams, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
As a Senior Client Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients. You’ll lead your team in delivering statutory accounts, tax returns, and tailored financial support, while taking an active role in client relationship development, business planning, and driving the firm’s commercial success.
Role Responsibilities- Leading the delivery of year-end accounts, tax compliance, and financial advice for a portfolio of clients (typically with turnovers up to £10m)
- Managing workflow, WIP, and billing processes across your client base
- Delegating work effectively to junior team members and overseeing high-quality output
- Playing a key role in staff development through coaching, mentoring, and appraisals
- Building long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for additional services
- Collaborating with partners on business development and client onboarding
- Supporting the wider team with recruitment, training, and strategic planning initiatives

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified

- £70,000 to £90,000 per annum
