About the Firm

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle audits for a range of clients, from planning through to completion
  • Oversee and review work prepared by managers and juniors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare or review statutory accounts and corporate tax computations as needed
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Manage billing, budgets, and WIP to support commercial success across your portfolio
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and department development
  • Play a key role in training and developing junior staff, including performance reviews and mentoring
  • Contribute to internal process improvement and client service innovation

About You

  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with significant post-qualification audit experience
  • Strong background working in UK accountancy practice with exposure to SMEs
  • Experience with agricultural clients or rural businesses is highly beneficial
  • Comfortable managing teams, reviewing technical work, and working closely with clients
  • Clear communicator with excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • A track record of career stability—preference given to candidates with long tenure in previous roles
