What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting a broad mix of owner-managed businesses, from innovative start-ups to well-established local players.
- Helping clients stay in control of their numbers and compliant with regulations, all while building strong professional relationships.
- Preparing year-end accounts and statutory financial statements.
- Producing management accounts and VAT returns.
- Processing bookkeeping records and ensuring financial data accuracy.
- Assisting clients with day-to-day finance queries and providing proactive support.
What We’re Looking For
- AAT qualified or studying toward AAT/ACA/ACCA.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an accountancy practice environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Sage, QuickBooks, Xero or IRIS (bonus).
- Excellent attention to detail and solid communication skills.
