The Role
This role is key to our continued success. You’ll work closely with our recruitment consultants to identify the most talented individuals in the market and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process. Your attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to work at pace will be critical in maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen exceptional candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal systems
- Manage and nurture professional relationships with candidates
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, accurate communication between all parties
- Maintain our CRM/database with the highest level of accuracy
- Support consultants with detailed market mapping and lead generation activities
