Made for more but feel held back in your current role? Do you love a challenge and thrive on solving problems? Are you career-driven and always looking for your next big win? You’ve got the ambition, drive and commercial mindset to succeed. But without the tools or support, you’re stuck spinning your wheels. It’s time to change that.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. Someone who’s career-driven, detail-obsessed, and always seeking small improvements that lead to big results. If you’re self-motivated, proactive, and serious about your progression, we want to hear from you.
At Public Practice Recruitment Ltd, we don’t micromanage – we empower. You’ll have the freedom to do your thing, backed by a powerhouse support team: marketing, admin, and leadership all working in sync to help you succeed. This isn’t your average recruitment gig. It’s built for ambitious problem-solvers who love making things happen and want to do meaningful, impactful work every day.
The role is fully remote, so you’ll need to be on it – but you’ll never be on your own. We’ve built the infrastructure so you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional results and driving your career forward. You’ll have the backing of MD Garry Howling, a leader with over 20 years in public practice accountancy recruitment. Whilst Garry leads from the front, our team operates as one unit, with shared goals, open feedback, and a team culture that celebrates wins and champions growth.
