The Role

  • Support and lead assignments across a broad client base, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
  • Build and manage client relationships, ensuring service excellence and tailored support
  • Maintain high-quality service delivery, taking ownership of assignments from start to finish
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to their professional growth
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, gaining insights and exposure to strategic decision-making
  • Engage in business development activities, with your ideas and voice being valued from day one

About You

  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • At least 2–3 years post-qualified experience in practice
  • A confident communicator who builds strong client relationships
  • A natural team leader with coaching and mentoring experience
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership
  • Passionate about providing excellent client service
