What You'll Own
- Strategic Creative Development: Develop performance-driven creative strategies that align with client business objectives, using data and insights to guide decision-making.
- Research & Insight Generation: Deep dive into client reviews, social platforms, and market research to extract key insights.
- Creative Direction & Collaboration: Brief creative iterations and new concepts to designers based on strategic roadmaps and performance insights.
- Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Analyse creative performance using key storytelling metrics.
- Multi-Brand Portfolio Management: Manage multiple projects for different brands simultaneously.
- AI, Automation & Innovation: Use AI tools daily to increase speed, output, and quality.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within media buying/creative, ideally within an agency setting.
- Strong expertise in creative performance reporting and analysis.
- Excellent understanding of human psychology, sociology, and consumer behaviour.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to motivate yourself and drive projects forward independently.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills for creating compelling briefs and strategic documents.
