Role Summary
We're seeking a proactive and experienced Internal Recruiter to become the driving force behind The Public Nectar Group's talent acquisition strategy. You'll take full ownership of our recruitment processes, from sourcing and headhunting to building robust candidate pipelines that support our ambitious growth plans.

What You'll Own
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Excellence
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation and team handover, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout.
- Take complete ownership of hiring outcomes, consistently meeting recruitment targets and KPIs while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to each department's unique needs and growth objectives.
- Strategic Headhunting & Sourcing
- Proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates through various channels, with particular expertise in headhunting passive talent on platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across all departments.
- Utilise advanced search techniques and market intelligence to identify top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent acquisition strategy, market conditions, and hiring best practices.
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, market trends, and candidate feedback.
- Process Innovation & Optimization
- Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage Breezy HR platform to manage candidate data, track progress, generate reports, and maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices that elevate our recruitment standards.
- Employer Brand Development
- Act as a brand ambassador for Public Nectar, promoting our company culture and values to attract top talent.
- Enhance our reputation in the market through authentic representation of our high-energy, results-driven culture.
- Develop compelling job specifications and recruitment materials that accurately reflect our brand voice and values.
Essential Requirements
- Proven Recruitment Expertise
- Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated experience as an in-house recruiter, agency recruiter, or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Proven track record of successfully headhunting and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Technical Proficiency
- Expert-level proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sourcing and outreach, with deep understanding of advanced search and engagement techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR Information Systems (HRIS) - specific experience with Breezy HR is a significant advantage.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Communication & Relationship Building
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to build rapport and engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to influence and persuade talent to consider new opportunities.
- Strong presentation skills for candidate debriefs and stakeholder updates.
