Public House Group is opening a new general store in Charlbury and is hiring a Shop Manager to lead the start-up team ahead of an opening later this year. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and staffing so the shop trades smoothly from mid-November.
You’ll recruit, induct and develop the team, monitor sales, margins and costs, and keep the shop safe, clean and compliant with food hygiene and safety rules.
