Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping culture, supporting people, and driving organisational success? We’re looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our P&C Team for 12 month maternity cover. As a People & Culture Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting our managers and teams across multiple locations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, helping to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture throughout the business.

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum DOE. 12 month maternity cover, with potential to go permanent.

Ideal Start Date: Between 27th April - 5th May 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on all employee relations matters
  • Supporting investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance processes
  • Coaching managers to build confidence and capability in leading their teams
  • Driving recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
  • Supporting and embedding People & Culture policies and best practices
  • Leading engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the group
  • Analysing HR data and trends to inform decision-making
  • Assisting with training and development programmes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor / People Advisor role (hospitality experience highly desirable)
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach with a solutions‑focused mindset
  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage a varied workload
