We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our fantastic team at The Fat Badger in Notting Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of service and ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed.
- Oversee daily operations including reservations, floor management, and service delivery.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
- Support, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all conditions of the licence, policy and legislation, including health and safety, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Monitor quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, supporting the team during busy service to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in a high-end venue or fine dining is ideal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Salary £35,000 per annum + service charge (≈ £15,000 per annum).
