Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running a smooth and efficient kitchen
  • Help lead and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials
  • Be hands-on during busy service periods

Qualifications

  • A passion for creating delicious, seasonal dishes

Opening in September 2026, The Horses will bring a fresh hospitality offering to Farringdon. Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary – Base salary 42,000 per annum + service charge (circa 12,000 per annum)
