We’re looking for a talented Head of Brand Design. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a sharp eye, strong conceptual thinking, and a passion for bringing stories to life across print and digital platforms.
Public House Group was founded following the launch of our first site, The Pelican in Notting Hill. Since then, we’ve opened The Bull in Charlbury, The Hero in Maida Vale, The Fat Badger in Notting Hill, and our newest project, The Hart in Marylebone. We also operate a market garden and a central production kitchen in the Cotswolds, with several exciting projects currently in development. Alongside our hospitality operations, we run a number of special projects that bring together food, design, and community. We’re now expanding the fast-growing creative arm of our business, dedicated to branding and design for a new and evolving wing of our hospitality and lifestyle ventures.

What you’ll be working on as Head of Brand Design:
- Developing branding and identity systems for our new hospitality projects.
- Project Management from brief to delivery
- Leading on the development of new projects, with weekly updates during critical path meetings
- Create and uphold brand guidelines across the portfolio
- Collaborating with our design studio and interior designers on new and existing projects.
- Creating presentations, signage, and pitch documents.
- Supporting product design initiatives.
- Working closely with marketing team to deliver creative projects.
- Working with external partners to help deliver on projects (stationery, packaging, signage, etc)
- Support the respective Directors with the development of the Marketing and Design teams
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a design studio, agency, or freelance capacity.
- A strong, versatile portfolio spanning brand, print, and digital work.
- Experience or keen interest in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, motion, or 3D skills are a plus).
- Confident communicator with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
- A self-starter who manages multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
- Someone with a sharp eye, strong conceptual thinking, and a passion for bringing stories to life across print and digital platforms, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
