We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused people to join our waiting team! The Hero is a stunning four‑storey pub in the heart of Maida Vale offering a different experience on each floor. We are looking for motivated team members with dining service experience to join our team.

Salary: Starting £12.71 per hour + tips (Earn up to £18 per hour)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome, offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
  • Show food & drink knowledge, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
  • Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issue that may arise.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar tenders and other team members to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications:

  • Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Previous experience in a high‑end and high‑volume establishment is preferable but not imperative.
