We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused people to join our waiting team! The Hero is a stunning four-storey pub in the heart of Maida Vale offering a different experience on each floor. We are looking for motivated team members with dining service experience to join our team. Salary: Starting 12.71 per hour. Tips (Earn up to 18 per hour).

A snapshot of what you'll be doing Front of house at The Hero:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
- Have a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
- Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issue that may arise.
- Work closely with kitchen staff, bar tenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
