A snapshot of what you'll be doing:
- Front of House: Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
- Food & drink knowledge: Have a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
- Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborative teamwork: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
