Restaurant Manager, Ce Ce's - London We are looking for a hands on, dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our fantastic team at Cece's.

- Salary - 35,000 per annum + Service charge (Earn an extra circa 15,000 per annum )

What you'll be doing as a Restaurant Manager
- Maintain a high level of service and ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed.
- Oversee daily operations including reservations, floor management, and service delivery.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to deliver a smooth, efficient service.
- Support, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all conditions of the license, policy and legislation, including health and safety, and maintains a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, working closely with the team to maintain high standards and support your team during a busy service.

- Proven experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Ideally have previous experience in a high end venue or fine dining.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
