We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our fantastic team at The Fat Badger. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Salary: £35,000 per annum + Service charge (Earn an extra circa £15,000 per annum)

What you'll be doing as a Restaurant Manager at The Fat Badger:
- Maintain a high level of service and ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed.
- Oversee daily operations including reservations, floor management, and service delivery.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to deliver a smooth, efficient service.
- Support, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all conditions of the license, policy and legislation, including health and safety, and maintains a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, working closely with the team to maintain high standards and support your team during a busy service.
