We are looking for a Head Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our front of house team at The Fat Badger.

  • What you'll be doing as Head Cocktail Waiter/Waitress at The Fat Badger:
  • Ensure guests’ needs are met and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
  • Collaborative teamwork, work closely with managers, bar tenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
  • Demonstrate your passion for cocktails & drinks, including understanding ingredients and preparation methods, provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service area, proactively clear and service tables.
  • Handle payments and operate the POS system.

About you, our new Head Cocktail Waiter/Waitress

  • Have previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a fast paced Hospitality environment.
  • Be passionate and care about the detail, love hospitality and enjoy what you do.
  • Ideally have a strong wine knowledge.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and evening shifts.

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable.
