What you'll be doing as a General Manager

  • Developing, Leading and motivating the front-of-house team;
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining a high-performing team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure high levels of guest experience and team performance.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high venue and service standards.
  • Manage the daily operations, from overseeing stock control and ordering, to ensuring health and safety standards are exceeded.
  • Drive sales and profitability by monitoring budgets, optimizing costs, and implementing effective strategies.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and the local community.

This role requires a hands-on approach to management, with the ability to lead from the front. 85% of your time will be spent front of house with the team and guests.

  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
