Salary: £13-£14 per hour plus service charge (earn an extra £4-£6 per hour)

What you'll be doing as a Chef de Partie at The Pelican:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.

  • Assist with stock control and ensure all food is stored, labelled, and rotated according to food safety guidelines.
