We are seeking talented and passionate BOH Team Members to join our new opening, The Horses! Opening in August 2026, The Horses will bring a fresh hospitality offering to Farringdon. Set within a building that has long been part of the local community, the venue will combine a pub atmosphere with exceptional dining, quality drinks, and attentive service across multiple floors. We are building a team that prides itself on delivering authentic hospitality, who are collaborative and create a genuinely warm, welcoming environment for every guest. What you'll be doing as a BOH Team Member:

  • Deliver exceptional food quality and consistency, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to company standards.
  • Carry out the core duties of your assigned kitchen role, whether as Commis Chef, CDP, Senior CDP, Junior Sous, Sous, Senior Sous, or Head Chef.
  • Support smooth operational flow by assisting the team during service.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within your designated section.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure consistency across every dish.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Order, receive, and organise stock relevant to your section, minimising waste and maintaining freshness.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures in line with company and legal standards.
  • Uphold Public House Group's brand standards in food quality and presentation.
  • Adapt to changing service needs and provide support to other sections when required.
